Job Decriptions:
- Handle and coordinate all foreign workers recruitment related matters with internal or external parties.
- Co-ordinate and arrange all training accordingly within tight schedules.
- Responsible for all Dormitory related matters.
- In charge of all work passes matters (including applications, renewal, cancellation, levy waiver and more).
- Be the person in charge of handling Man Year Entitlement / In-Principal Support / Prior Approval Applications.
- Work together with team mate in accurately processing workers payroll monthly.
- General office adminstrative and business support when needed.
- To perform any ad. hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager and Directors.
Job Requirements:
- Preferred candidate with 2 years of relevant working experiences in Construction / Process / Marine or Engineering Industry.
- Able to handle huge volume of work passes transcations time to time.
- Good team player, have own initiative, good working attitude.
- Ability to fulfil time-critical tasks on time and work within scheduled and deadlines.
- Able to commit overtime when needed especially during peak periods.
