Job Description
· Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
· Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems.
· Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
· Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction.
· Develop and manage recognition and reward programs.
· Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in various countries.
· Prepare and manage HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making.
· Assist in the development and implementation of training and development programs.
· Support performance management processes and provide guidance to managers and employees.
· Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person events worldwide, including team-building activities, company retreats, and annual meetings.
· Coordinate logistics, including travel arrangements, venues, and accommodations.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
· Provide administrative and logistical support to C-suite executives.
· Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and preparation for meetings and presentations.
· Act as a liaison between C-suite executives and other employees or external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
· 3+ years in HR or People Operations roles, preferably in a remote tech environment.
· Proven experience in planning and executing events on a global scale.
· Excellent organizational and project management skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Proficiency in HR software and tools.
