Key Responsibilities
- Execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier property agents, including cold calling and proactive outreach via social media channels.
- Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as networking events, online forums, and industry-specific job boards.
- Conduct initial screening interviews, organize recruitment events, and manage the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to drive employer branding initiatives and highlight the exceptional opportunities at HiPPO Prop.
- Build lasting relationships with potential hires by articulating the advantages of our innovative, digital-focused real estate approach.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to effectively position HiPPO Prop as a market leader.
Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role within the real estate or a closely related industry.
- Strong experience in headhunting and recruitment, with a track record of successful talent acquisition in competitive markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasive and influential interactions.
