Job Description

We are seeking an energetic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in scouting, attracting, and engaging top real estate talent to expand our network of professional property agents. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth and evolution of HiPPO Prop, helping us attract professionals who are eager to thrive on our advanced, tech-driven platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier property agents, including cold calling and proactive outreach via social media channels.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing methods such as networking events, online forums, and industry-specific job boards.
  • Conduct initial screening interviews, organize recruitment events, and manage the candidate journey from initial contact to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to drive employer branding initiatives and highlight the exceptional opportunities at HiPPO Prop.
  • Build lasting relationships with potential hires by articulating the advantages of our innovative, digital-focused real estate approach.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the real estate market to effectively position HiPPO Prop as a market leader.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in recruitment, sales, or a similar role within the real estate or a closely related industry.
  • Strong experience in headhunting and recruitment, with a track record of successful talent acquisition in competitive markets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of persuasive and influential interactions.
  • Proficient in social media and professional networking platforms for recruitment and brand promotion.
  • Ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Candidates

  • Individuals with significant experience in headhunting or working within recruitment agencies are strongly encouraged to apply.
