- Responsible for all aspects of recruitment process including sourcing, screening and arranging for interviews, negotiating salary, preparing letter of appointment etc.
- Posting job posts and attracting suitable candidates through databases and online employment websites such as MyCareersFuture, Foundit, LinkedIn etc.
- Screening candidates and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Identifying and reaching out to (inclusive of cold calling) the correct talent based on the required skillsets of the various roles (Technical and Non-Technical).
- Liaising closely with Account Managers throughout the full recruitment cycle.
- Keeping the various databases up to date with candidate information.
