- Perform treatment services for guests using a safe, comfortable, hygienic manner and professional techniques.
- Maintain a neat and orderly work area consistent with the organization's high standards.
- Assist in any and all ways in the shop when not scheduled to perform treatment services, which include acting as receptionist.
- Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each service and shift.
- Courteously and professionally interact and answer all work-related questions from guests.
- Serve as a catalyst to cross-sell and promote other services to guests.
- To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Able to work on weekend and public holiday
