Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:
Job Responsibilities:
- Tender and Contract Administration: Manage and administer tender and contract documents.
- Cost Management: Prepare Bills of Quantities (BQ), perform cost estimation, and implement cost control measures.
- Quantity Take-Off: Conduct quantity take-offs, prepare claims, manage variations, and handle final accounts.
- Market Awareness: Stay updated on market trends and construction cost fluctuations.
- Contract and QS Procedures: Apply knowledge of contract and Quantity Surveying (QS) procedures and pricing.
- Leadership and Independence: Demonstrate strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently.
- Additional Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Specialization: Experience in road work or civil projects is advantageous.
