Our client are looking for next team members to join their growing team:


Job Responsibilities:

- HR Functions: Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, post-advertisement processes, and leave management.

- Insurance and Claims: Oversee corporate insurance and claim administration.

- Payroll and Claims Processing: Perform payroll functions and process claims.

- Work Passes and Documentation: Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) work passes, prepare employment, confirmation, and warning letters, and manage quota administration.

- Employee Records: Organize and update employee contracts, certificates, and other documents in personnel files.

- Office Administration: Manage office administration tasks and organize company events.

- Employee Advisory: Act as an advisor and counselor to employees on HR matters.

- Orientation and Benefits: Conduct orientation and briefings on staff benefits.

- Benefits and Welfare: Review, propose, and implement staff benefits and welfare programs.

- Government Coordination: Coordinate and liaise with government agencies and external parties for work improvement initiatives and grants.

- Claims and Submissions: Ensure timely submissions of government and related claims (e.g., CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax matters such as IR8A & IR21).

- Additional Duties: Assist with other duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:

- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

- Experience: 3 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources, with hands-on experience in MOM-related compliance matters or similar government ministry requirements.

- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Knowledge: Familiar with the Employment Act and other statutory requirements and legislation.

- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Attributes: Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
