Jobscope:
As part of the HR team, you will work closely with the HR leaders and line departments to strengthen the talent pipeline for the Hospital. This includes managing the Internship Programme, spearheading outreach, supporting talent management initiatives and plans, facilitating succession planning, as well as HR Business Partnering which includes engaging with various senior stakeholders on their selection needs. You will provide HR perspectives and sound guidance on people challenges and development issues, and sustaining the development plan for talent in the Hospital. For growth and exposure, you may also be involved in on-going HR initiatives/projects in areas such as secretariat for workforce planning and transformation, employer branding, employee relations and engagement, job redesign efforts, recruitment & retention.
