Core Responsibilities
· Handling recruitment, from advertising, screening collection of applications forms, reference checks on applicants and maintenance of employee data base
· Onboarding new staff, orientation and offboarding of resignees.
· Process work passes, corp passes, application / renewal / cancellation / appeals and medical check-up arrangement.
· Co-ordinate participation in career fairs, SgIs program, interns selection, scholarship programs etc
· Participate in the development of any related HR policies and procedures
· Prepare relevant manpower reports as required by management
· Coordinate to process appraisals when required (probationary/annual/exits)
· Responsible to support HR department in planning and execution of HR or CSR project for the group and company, to meet project objective and schedule.
· Manage employee queries on all HR processes and policies Job Skillsets & specifications
Job Skillsets & specifications:
- Min Diploma in Human Resources Management/Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 3 years’ HR relevant experience.
- Understands Employment Act, MOM, local manpower legislations
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Meticulous and good time management skill
- Able to work independently and under tight deadline
- Must be able to multi task
- good in written and spoken English – must be able to spell and write emails.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS suite of softwares – MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc
