Job Description:
HR (80%)
- In charge of HR matters in the company (mainly payroll, CPF and Leave management etc)
- Liaise with Payroll outsourcing partner
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of payroll related data to the partner
- Maintain and update employee records within system
- Responsible for attendance management of employees
- Handle procedure of employees who will be sent to their oversea subsidiaries (expat management)
- Manage budget and actual performance of HR department and report them to management monthly
- Create monthly HR report (HR issues, headcount, employees' information)
- Attend meeting with HQ in Japan when necessary (will be done in Japanese)
- Handle 4 types of monthly report creating and submissions
General Affairs (20%)
- Handle ACRA related documents (Collaborate with Company Secretary and handling signature procedure from directors)
- Get familiar with Safety & Compliances of the company and educate employees
- Manage emergency drill of the building
- Handle air ticket and hotel arrangements for business travelers (visitors)
- Review group global policies and submit the request to Japan for revision
- Create company calendar (once a year)
- Handle business insurance, travel insurance (once a year)
- Any ad-hoc duties if required by management
Job Requirements:
- Business level of Japanese to communicate with HQ in Japan and assist creating document in Japanese
- Has payroll knowledge and hands-on experience
- A person who is good at calculating and is skilled in numbers
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Independent and willing to learn and ask for colleagues
- A team player
