- Maintain optimal stock levels to ensure no disruption in operations.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate reordering to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
- Oversee the receipt and inspection of incoming materials to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Ensure accurate and timely shipping of materials to internal departments or external customers.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement
- Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best prices and delivery terms.
- Handle discrepancies with suppliers, such as incorrect orders or damaged goods.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or above
- Minimum 2 years work experience in pharmaceutical/ biological/ chemical/ oil & gas industries.
- Knowledge of CMMS
- Able to start immediate or with short notice
