Job Description:
- Assist with general HR functions.
- Support recruitment process (posting ads, scheduling interviews).
- Manage onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR database.
- Handle administrative tasks including overtime and allowance calculations.
- Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in HR-related field with minimum 1 year HR experience including knowledge of work pass processes (applications, renewals, cancellations).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in fast-paced settings.
