· Good presentation skills
· Good understanding and awareness of the commercial environment and market trends
Job Duties:
· Fulfill clients' staffing requirements as a key recruiter.
· Post effective job advertisements on various online job portals and social media platforms.
· Conduct interviews and phone screenings to select candidates that meet clients' needs.
· Coordinate interviews between candidates and internal account managers.
· Track candidate progress.
· Network and build relationships with job seekers.
· Perform other ad-hoc duties as needed.
