- Prepare Engineering build requests, electronic Special Work Request, materials, Wafer Map until shipment and all other documentation to start and execute engineering builds.
- Prepare PR and PO for material purchase
- Tracking of engineering lot receiving & shipment, expedite and escalate.
- Coordinate and expedite customers reliability activities from Assembly , Test , Reliability.
- Support NPI Engineer on new product flow / Bill of material setup
- Providing basic ideas and proposal on procedural for improvement on current procedures
