Human Resources Coordinator

Jabil Circuit (singapore) Pte. Ltd.

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to manage various HR functions and support our company’s manpower needs. The role involves overseeing recruitment and selection processes, assisting with onboarding and off-boarding procedures, managing work pass applications, and supporting HR-related activities.


Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Selection

Manage job postings, screen candidates, and schedule interviews.

Collect necessary documents from candidates and arrange medical check-ups as required.


Onboarding

Prepare Employment Letters and ensure new hires receive Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), lockers, employee badges, and access credentials.


Off-boarding

Assist with the preparation of documents and the termination of system access for resigning employees.


Work Pass Management

Handle all aspects of Work Pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.


HRIS and Government Platforms

Update employee particulars in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and on government platforms.

Process employee contract renewals.


Support for Company Events

Assist in organizing and supporting company events and activities, such as festival celebrations.


Administrative Duties

Process invoices and manage the routine exchange of PPE.

Purchase office supplies and PPE as needed.

Prepare and generate monthly and ad-hoc reports.

Attend to employee queries and provide necessary information.

Manage filing, scanning, and distribution of letters.


Additional Duties

Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.


Requirements:


Ability to communicate and read in both Chinese and English.

No prior experience required; training will be provided.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
