- Dealing with email enquiries
- General office management such as ordering stationary
- Organising travel and accommodation for staff and workers
- Possibly maintaining the company accounts
- Managing the recruitment and work pass process, insurances, dormitory arrangement.
- Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of monthly payroll, CPF submission and Income Tax clearance
- Support current and future business needs, ensure legal compliance throughout manpower management
- Work closely with the General Manager to monitor day to day businesses and able to handle tasks assigned by the GM.
