Job Responsibilities
- Conduct time studies to set precise standards for machine capacity, cycle time, and benchmark tool-to-tool performance.
- Develop and monitor advanced simulation models to provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.
- Use data analytics platforms to ensure accurate production loading assessments and resource allocation.
- Publish real-time performance reports to support business targets and strategic decision-making.
- Engage with stakeholders to drive OEE improvements through data-driven insights and develop long-term optimization strategies.
- Provide innovative solutions for dynamic requests from internal customers involving tester requirements.
- Initiate, analyze, plan, and execute reconfiguration projects to maximize tester utilization.
- Coordinate with internal customers to ensure tester readiness and adherence to schedules.
- Plan and manage testers and related hardware & software, oversee transfer in/out activities.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any Engineering discipline.
- Strong interpersonal, analytical skills, with a flair for numbers and data-driven decision making.
- Good communication skills and adaptable to changes.
- Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active in problem-solving.
- Positive attitude and growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
- Demonstrate ability to lead or participate in projects or team activities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
