- You may need to visit the warehouse to analyze system and established processes
- Communicate with all relevant partners to understand their needs and expectations from the processes and perform audits
- Gather and process data to identify process performance areas1. This includes monitoring data on current business operations, managing different pieces such as receiving, warehousing, deliveries
- Design workflow and strategies to align processes and improve business performance. This includes fanning out new processes to improve productivity, efficiency, and accuracy.
- Create and present WH process reports for management and partners, using Analytics software or Power BI
- Oversee the implementation of revised company processes and workflows.
- Documentation: Perform documentation of gaps, global process and keeping up to date on the changes
- Create process diagrams and flow charts to visualize complex procedures and workflows
- Work closely with management and other departments to develop and execute process strategies.
- Additional tasks or projects may be assigned depending on the specific needs of the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor's in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or related fields
- Knowledge in analytics and PowerBI
- Possess strong analytical skills to identify issues in products and processes. This involves a keen eye for detail, the ability to think critically, and the capacity to solve complex problems efficiently
- Technical Proficiency of quality assurance methodologies, and relevant industry standards. Familiarity with 8D, KT Analysis, FMEA, QCP are advantageous
- Relevant Warehouse/ Logistics Process Analyst experience would be advantageous
