Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of Temp/Contract/Part-Time candidates
- Drafting job advertisement
- Posting advertisement on various job portals and platforms to attract suitable candidates
- Conduct candidates interview either face-to-face/phone interview/video conferencing
- Resume search & job matching; Shortlist, qualify and select suitable candidates to clients
- Edit and prepare resumes
- Interview arrangements
Job Requirements:
- Min GCE ‘A’ Levels/ Diploma and above
- Some sales experience will be advantageous but not required
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess a positive attitude and attributes
- Independent yet possess good team's sprit
