Operations
- Ensure high quality of cars and delivery standards
- Ensure we collect the right customer documents for all customers
- Ensure we share the necessary customer documents with our partners
- Manage aftersales of Customers including maintenance, servicing, insurance, replacement, accidents.
- Ensure all scheduled payments are followed up according to our payment processes.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Fleet Partnership Coordination
- Manage inventory listings
- Communicate with existing Fleet Partners
- Request vehicle availability updates regularly
- Request Temp/Replacement cars as required
- Resolve fleet partner issues
Customer Service
- Coordinate with our customer service team on deliveries and collections
- Ensure fast response rates to all existing and potential customers
- Provide good aftersales service to ensure high customer ratings
- Resolve customer issues
- Manage dissatisfied customers
- Manage bad debt cases
