Job responsibility :-
- Organize and maintain personnel records.
- Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave).
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Revise company policies.
- Supervision/Handling on all accounting matters
- Liaise with Auditors and Company Secretary
- Handling of Administrative Works
Job requirement:-
- Minimum SPM
- Diploma in Accounting or Intermediate LCCI Certificate in Bookkeeping
- Preferable Malaysian
- Able to handle full set accounts.
- 3-5 years working experience and knowledge in relevant field
- Fast learner and requires very little supervision
- Good analytical skills, attention to details and show commitment to accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Words, Excel)
