Jobscope:
- Consolidate monthly orders
- Issuance of POs to suppliers
- Handling of order management including of updating quantity, price and shipment details
- Monitoring of shipment status to ensure goods arrive on time
- Liaise with freight forwarders for shipment clearance
- Notify related parties of arrival date of goods
- Inventory monitoring to ensure the stocks are sufficient
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Candidates with Purchasing in Manufacturing industry or ANY related experiences will have added advantage
