Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team and help shape the future of our salon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nail care, including manicures, pedicures, nail art, and other nail treatments. The Nail Technician will play a key role in delivering high-quality services to clients, ensuring their complete satisfaction, and promoting the salon’s services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manicures and pedicures, including nail trimming, shaping, and polishing.
- Apply nail art, extensions, and other nail enhancements as requested by clients.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, adhering to all safety and health regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and preferences.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products.
- Promote salon services and products to clients.
- Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
- Follow all salon policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role.
- Certification from a recognized nail technician or cosmetology school.
- In-depth knowledge of nail care products and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative flair.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
