Responsibilities
- Arrange appointments with potential customers.
- Perform basic data entry tasks.
- Conduct cold calls to invite potential customers to TAITRA events in Singapore or Taiwan.
- Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Prior experience in telemarketing is advantageous.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and drive results.
- Persuasive, resilient, and patient in handling queries and rejections.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based applications, including Webex, Google Meet, Teams, Skype, and Zoom.
