Job Description:
- Recruitment Management: Oversee recruitment and selection activities for clinicians to meet operational needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires to enhance their integration and engagement within the organization.
- Offboarding and Retention: Manage offboarding processes, analyze trends, and collaborate with management on strategies to support staff retention initiatives.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic partner to management by providing HR insights, addressing workforce needs, and aligning HR practices with business goals.
- Performance Appraisal and Engagement: Support performance appraisal processes and execute employee engagement initiatives while preparing manpower reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or equivalent with at least 6 years of relevant working experience as a HR Business Partner.
- Good working knowledge of employment regulations and HR best practices.
- Comfortable working on numbers, performing analysis, preparing proposals and presenting to stakeholders
