Job Scope:
- Facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within the company.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Ensure the team works collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality products.
- Work with the product developer to prioritise the product backlog.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospection.
- Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.
- Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
- Track KPIs (key performance indicator) and help teams to deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.
- Ensure that the team follows the Scrum framework and adheres to Agile principles.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in top consulting firms.
- Proficient knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Worked with big financial services industry clients is highly advantageous.
- General conceptual understanding of programming and database querying is good to have.
- Certification in Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Prior knowledge of Agile project management tools, such as Jira or Trello.
