Job Description:
- Support recruitment activities, reviewing and liaison with candidates, government bodies and internally pertaining to onboarding documents including Singapore Medical Council (SMC) and work pass applications.
- Manage exit interviews reschedules (if any) for resignees (specialist level) to meet with VMB/ACMB
- Support leadership search and Renewals exercise.
- Arranging interview meetings, prepare appointment and renewal letters for Exec's review and updating details into HRIS.
- Critical Skills/Knowledge:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Excel and related software
Requirements:
- Min Diploma/A Level or equivalent
- Able to start on short notice
- Able to commit until end Dec 2024
