- Develop and sustain SAP ABAP programs.
- Execute ABAP enhancements and modifications across different SAP modules and interfaces.
- Ensure the ERP system meets SOX security standards and handle SOX audits.
- Support end-user requirements and resolve operational issues.
- Drive continuous improvements to achieve departmental and company KPIs.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with least 3 years of experience in SAP ABAP programming.
- Experience with SOX audit execution is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Proficiency in SAP modules and ABAP programming.
- Skills in Project Management and Business Process mapping.
- Ability to evaluate, test, and approve changes to applications.
- Strong team collaboration skills.
