Roles & Responsibilities
- HR administration tasks such as preparing employment contracts, letters and other documentation.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle Ministry of Manpower (MOM) matters, such as work permit, work pass applications, renewal, cancellations and any other MOM related issues.
- Manage airport pass applications and renewals.
- Coordinate and arrange airport airside courses for staff.
- Manage staff engagement and relations.
- Monitor staff performance and welfare.
- Manage and resolve staff disciplinary issues/any internal staff disputes.
- Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications and devise recruitment strategies.
- Engage in recruitment activities, including screening candidates, coordinating and arranging interviews.
- Partake in walk in intervews/recruitment events when required.
- Partake in Government surveys.
- Prepare HR reports/documents when required.
- Assist in monthly attendance and payroll processing.
- Manage client complaints and relations (via email/F2f meetings or Whatsapp).
- Work closely with Operations team, on staffing and manpower issues.
- Undertake any other administrative/ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Able tp prepare payroll in MS Excel is a plus (Can provide training)
- Manage a team of 2 HR Executives
Job Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource.
- At least 2 years of working experience in HR management.
- Well versed with the Employment Act and MOM policies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to details and high degree of accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure/very fast paced environment.
- Strong command of English and good writing skills.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with existing staff and potential candidates.
- Organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Fast learner.
