- Prefer ACLP / ACTA Certified with 2 years related experience in giving training
Job Scopes
- Support the coordination of training program (Energy efficiency topics to engineering sector [Clients] )
- Ability to effectively communicate course details and inquiries to participants
- Training grant experience such as WSQ & E2i
- Handling of enquiries
- Validating of training requirements
- Communication with participants for course confirmation
- Ownership of attendance and feedback form
- Coordination with trainers
- Updating of training workshops on website
- Procurement of refreshment, courseware and certificates
- Application of PDU points
- Data entry into TMS
- Uploading of results, attendance and course date
- Training grant submission
- Filing of training documentation
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
