Our client, in the maritime sector, is currently looking for a 4 months’ contract HR Specialist to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role involves processing payroll using the TimeSoft system and managing CPF contributions for Singapore, as well as verifying payroll, tax, and pensions for affiliate offices in other countries. Responsibilities include preparing journal and ad-hoc reports, filing IR21 tax for foreign employees, handling work pass applications and renewals, and submitting statutory claims. The role also entails liaising with insurance brokers for policy updates and claims, maintaining accurate employee data in the HR system, preparing employment-related letters, and participating in continuous improvement of departmental procedures.
Your Profile
You should have a Diploma in Human Resources Management or its equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in managing payroll and general HR operational work. Prior experience in using Timesoft is necessary.
