ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist agency in reviewing access rights, and accounts control in cloud.
• Review and resolve the vulnerabilities reported from scan and/or GCC alerts.
• Provide consultancy to new projects to onboard AWS cloud services.
• Strengthen the security posture of existing cloud infrastructure and propose enhancement.
• Raise service request to BAU Operations Team for in-scope cloud related tasks.
• To support and maintain AWS S3 Buckets and other AWS Storage services such as FSX.
• To support Trend Micro Cloud One Workload and Endpoint Security / AMHIPS as part of Agency Anti-Virus/ Anti-Malware system.
• To support and maintain ABLR Heavy Forwarder (CTS Services) as part of Agency Audit Logging requirement.
• To support Agency GCC Infrastructure using DevOps process or tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
• To support Audit and security compliance activities.
• Work with BAU team, System Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and DBA to support and maintain agency GCC environment.
• To support and maintain Central Account Management (CAM) servers (CTS Services) as part of Agency Audit requirement.
• To support Disaster Recovery exercises.
• Apply technical knowledge, hands-on and customer insights to operate and administrate a cloud infrastructure
• Ensure all configuration conforms to high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and appropriate reusability and reliability upon deployment, aligning to design documentation specifications
• Ability to codify or implement/deploy configurations with the principles of automation by default in new projects with proper documentations will be advantageous
• Ability to codify or maintain cloud systems in an automated fashion using tools like Ansible, CloudFormation, Terraform etc with proper documentation will be advantageous
• Participate in Cloud Migrations for VMs using tools.
• Collaborate with team members to engage clients in operational meetings, discussions, process betterment and contribute to optimisations for the client’s environment
• Maintain technical skills, certifications and knowledge of market trends and competitive insights; collaborate and share with the technical community specifically in the cloud space
• Ability to resolve issues with proper resolution/documentation technically and SLAs is required for this role The idea candidate should possess the following requirements: Professional Experience - 2+ years of success in operational/administration and deployment/migration projects in Cloud/BAU Environment

• Collaboration and Communication. Acknowledged helping to provide solutions to issues collaboratively, resolving conflicts and ensuring follow through with proper follow up and closure. Technical
• Strong technical experience with cloud infrastructures, migrations, and technology management preferred
• AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification will be advantageous.
• AWS Cloud Practitioner Certification or Azure Certified Administrator or Fundamentals is required
• Experience in Windows server OS, Unix/Linux OS & VM environment
• Good knowledge and hands-on experience with AWS would be an advantage
• Good Working knowledge with VPN, firewall appliances and Cisco routers/switches
• Excellent written and verbal communication to convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences and contribute within a team environment
• Pro-active, dynamic and with good analytical/conceptual thinking
