What you'll do:
As a Portfolio Operations Analyst, you will play an integral role in managing a portfolio of listed issuers, ensuring compliance with listing rules, and providing valuable advice on listing matters. You will review financial statements, monitor regulatory compliance, process corporate actions, and attend important meetings. Your contributions will be crucial in refining the Listing Compliance framework, supporting market growth and development. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, clear communication skills, and the ability to exercise reasonable judgement under supervision.
* Manage a portfolio of listed issuers, detecting non-compliance of listing rules
* Respond to queries and provide advice on simple listing matters
* Review and raise clarifications on financial statements
* Monitor compliance with listing rules and liaise with issuers on regulatory issues
* Process simple to moderate corporate actions within relevant timeframe
* Attend meetings concerning your portfolio and take minutes of such matters
* Provide support to team members
* Contribute to initiatives for refining and enhancing the Listing Compliance framework to support product and market growth and development
