Our client, a global company in the aviation sector, is currently looking for a Senior HR Manager to join their dynamic team.
The Role
The role encompasses comprehensive management of all HR functions, including talent acquisition, succession planning, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and training. It involves aligning HR strategies with corporate objectives, leading performance management and compensation reviews, and managing the annual HR budget. Responsibilities include addressing staff queries, maintaining employee relations, updating HR policies, and ensuring accurate payroll administration. The role also requires providing HR business partnering, maintaining up-to-date employee records, ensuring effective communication of HR policies, and preparing for audits.
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and have at least 8 years of relevant experience in an MNC environment. They should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, people management experience, and a solid understanding of the Employment Act and MOM regulations. Experience with payroll software is a plus.
