As a HR Executive (Healthcare), you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Manage recruitment by reaching out to candidates, selecting, arranging interviews, and making job offers.
- Monitor monthly turnover and fill vacancies promptly to meet department needs.
- Handle paperwork matters for recruitment, confirmation, transfers, resignations, and terminations.
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires and departures.
- Ensure license validity by checking and maintaining clinical employees' licenses for employment.
- Undertaking of project assignments when required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of related HR experience preferably in a healthcare environment
