Printing and Administrative Support Personnel

Location: Fairfield Methodist School (Secondary), 102 Dover Road, Singapore 139649


Duration and Working Hours

  • Contract Period: 1 January 2025 to 31 December 2025
  • Option to Extend: The Contractor grants the School the option to extend the Contract for a further period from 1 January 2026 to 31 December 2026.
  • Working Hours:Mondays to Fridays: 8:30am to 5:00pm, inclusive of a 1-hour lunch break
    No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays

Key Responsibilities

Printing Services

  • Perform photocopying, printing, collating, binding, and making of booklets.
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the Printing Room and Printing Store Room.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, such as photocopiers, duplicators, and collators, located in the Level 1 and Level 2 printing rooms.

Administrative Support

  • Provide administrative support to the General Office.
  • Handle counter duties and answer phone calls.
  • Perform filing and assist with school events as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in printing and administrative work.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a school environment.

Skills and Competencies

  • Proficient in English for verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to operate photocopiers, duplicators, and collators.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to interact effectively with school staff and students.
