Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets for electrical engineering projects. Coordinate project activities, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team of electrical engineers, designers, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Provide technical oversight and guidance on electrical engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project costs, expenditures, and financial performance against established budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities, manage change orders, and take proactive measures to optimize project profitability.
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with relevant health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports, financial summaries, and other project documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree / Master in Electrical Engineering
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
