Job Description
- Assist both the Director and HR Manager
- Handle all insurance renewal and medical claims
- Handle NS make-up claims, Childcare leave, Maternity, etc
- Track OT claims to ensure compliance with MOM regulations
- Manage staff leave portal
- Handle onboarding of new hire
- Process resignation of resignee
- Manage adhoc HR queries
- All secretarial and administrative duties
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a PA / Secretary
- Strong command of English
- O Level / A Level / Diploma Holder
