Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, guiding best practices and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Project Oversight: Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex engineering projects, ensuring alignment with technical and business requirements.
- Architecture & Design: Develop and refine system architectures and designs, considering scalability, performance, and maintainability.
- Problem-Solving: Address and resolve high-impact technical issues, leveraging deep expertise to propose and implement effective solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and other engineering groups to ensure project success and alignment with overall business goals.
- Innovation: Drive innovation by researching and applying new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve processes and outcomes.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for systems, processes, and designs.

Qualifications:
