Program Overview:
Our Graduate Sales Trainee Program is designed to equip you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to become a successful sales professional. Over the course of 1 year, you will undergo intensive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience across our three dynamic brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in a comprehensive training program covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn best practices and sales strategies.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable financial solutions.
- Support the sales team in generating leads, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
- Contribute to market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications:
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields.
