General Overview
This contract role will be based in SLNG Terminal in Jurong Island supporting Operations Group. Detailed role responsibilities are described below.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and logistics support to the Operations Business Group
- Organise, data entry and maintain information, files and databases
- Adhere to established data entry procedures and protocols
- Filing, checking and verify records according to source documents
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
Work Experiences
- Candidates with experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module will be advantageous
- Meticulous, high degree of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Data entry experience and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Education Requirements
- Minimum GCE 'O' level
