Roles & Responsibilities
- Provides administrative support to Sales department.
- Attend to customers via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
- Prepare quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders etc.
- Engage with customers through email and phone communications Handle customers feedback, complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain Sales contract register.
- Updating of client records.
- Monitor of Sales pipeline and analysis of sales performance.
- Provide after sales support as needed.
- Any other duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum O Level
- Highly organized, focused and productive
- Preferably have at least 2 years of related experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Able to work independently
