Lead Associate/ Engineer (Cyber Security/ IT/ Central/ Attractive Bonus)

Responsibility:
- Ensure compliance with cyber security standards and frameworks, including regulations like the MAS Cyber Hygiene, Cyber Security Act and Technology Risk Management Notices.
- Handle daily cyber security operations and implement secure-by-design methodologies.
- Administer, manage, and optimize range of cybersecurity solutions, including IDS/IPS, vulnerability assessment and management, mail defenses, PAM (BeyondTrust/ Cyberark), IAM/IGA, DAM, EPP, DLP, proxy, and NGFW.
- Proficient in cybersecurity solutions to implement, operate, and optimize new solutions as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date security documentation and assist with incident response.
- Stay current on industry trends and support cybersecurity awareness training.
Requirement:
- Min of 5 years of hands-on technical expertise in cybersecurity.
- Min Diploma / Degree in computer science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Security or related certifications
- Experience administering security solutions like CyberArk, BeyondTrust, TrendMicro Deep Security/Apex One, and Tenable Security Center.
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Unix, Windows) and programming/scripting (Python, PowerShell).
- Experience in supporting AWS cybersecurity operations is a plus.
- Desired certifications: GSEC, GCIA, GCIH, GCFE, GCFA, GNFA; PAM, DAM, VM product certifications.
- Related AWS certifications is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with MAS Cyber Hygiene, Technology Risk Management Notices, Cybersecurity Act and Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP) and MAS TRM Guidelines
- Team player, strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building skills.
