Omega 365 Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Executive to support our Office Manager. This role involves full-cycle HR responsibilities with a primary focus on recruitment and minimal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Office Manager with employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Source candidates by managing the CV database, contacting candidates, updating resumes, and ensuring accuracy, as resumes are frequently sent to clients.
  • Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations as needed.
  • Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
  • Assist internal and external personnel with HR-related inquiries.
  • Manage staff visa applications, travel arrangements, and insurance.
  • Assist with corporate events, such as team-building activities and dinners.
  • Purchase corporate gifts when needed.
  • Ensure new employees are enrolled in the company’s insurance policy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including some administrative tasks.

Skills:

  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer and database management.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent decision-making, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Team-oriented with a continuous willingness to learn and improve.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or diploma with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
