HR and Recruitment Executive - Omega 365 Singapore
Omega 365 Singapore is seeking a motivated HR Executive to support our Office Manager. This role involves full-cycle HR responsibilities with a primary focus on recruitment and minimal administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Office Manager with employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Source candidates by managing the CV database, contacting candidates, updating resumes, and ensuring accuracy, as resumes are frequently sent to clients.
- Handle foreign worker work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations as needed.
- Discuss job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers.
- Assist internal and external personnel with HR-related inquiries.
- Manage staff visa applications, travel arrangements, and insurance.
- Assist with corporate events, such as team-building activities and dinners.
- Purchase corporate gifts when needed.
- Ensure new employees are enrolled in the company’s insurance policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management, including some administrative tasks.
