Warehouse Admin (Maternity Cover)

Lx Pantos Singapore Pte. Ltd.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative support duties
  • Support Team work on daily reporting
  • To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team
  • Data entry for inventory management
  • Ensure that all stock inventory data are handled correctly and accurately to prevent inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the Company’s policies
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Have administrative experience
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
  • Team work oriented
  • Able to converse in English
  • Positive work attitude, punctuality, and reliability, committed & diligent
  • Able to commit the full 4 - 6 months (Maternity coverage)

Locations:

  • Toh Guan Road East (5.5 days work week – Monday to Saturday)
