Responsibilities:
- Design, development, and application of precision optics and illumination system for machine vision system
- Design, analyze, and test optical & electro-optical systems and components
- Research and development into phases of physical optics and geometric optics
- Identify and implement improvements in vision optical performance for different applications
- Resolve optical / illumination performance issues
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's Degree in Physic / Precision optics measurement instrument discipline with a minimum 2 years experience in optics design & lighting system for industrial machine vision
- Good hands-on experience with different types of optical methodologies for optics performance testing
- Good and Strong knowledge in Optical and related mechanical design, Physics & Laser Optics such as Wavefront, Phase shift
- Experience in Optics design software such as Zemax, and Code5Knowledge in Chromatic Aberrations, MTF, Precision measurement, experience in lighting/illumination systems, and simulation is an added advantage.
