You will report to the Executive Director, Human Resources & Transformation Division, and help to ensure all training and development activities are strategically linked to SBF25.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist to develop and operationalise organisation wide learning strategies, roadmaps, programmes and initiatives to build new capabilities and skills to support SBF25.
· Engage HODs as a learning partner to understand strategic capability needs, as well as to design and drive professional skills learning plan to build capability and upskill different segments of staff.
· Ensure effective training is in place to enable the achievement of desired business results.
· Assist to design, develop, operationalise and review SBF competency framework to support the achievement of SBF25.
· Review and update learning & development policies and processes to ensure alignment with current market practices and organisational needs.
· Manage and deliver the value immersion programme in staff orientation programme and work closely with recruitment function to co-develop a staff orientation programme suitable for SBF25 as well as actively support the learning needs of new joiners so as to minimise infant attrition.
· Accountable for maximising and managing learning resources and budget.
· Support reporting, such as learning updates and learning effectiveness report to management.
· Handle learning administration and operations when required.
Job Requirements:
· At least 5 years of L&D experience
· Established track record in implementing organisational-level learning initiatives.
· Good facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives with tight timelines in complex environments
· Good oral and written communication skills with the ability to express complex issues simply and logically
· Good qualitative, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
