Salary: $4,100 (6 months / 1 year)
Working Hours: 830am - 6pm, 100% office
Location: Leng Kee Road (near to Alexandra Road)
Cover Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia
Responsibilities:
- Execute regional HR initiatives and participate in major HR projects.
- Ensure HR policies, tools, and processes are in line with group standards.
- Review SEA payroll monthly to ensure compliance with statutory and employment law are met.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Compile monthly regional headcount and recruitment reports.
- Provide administrative support for all regional matters.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in HR and above
- At least 3 years working experience across HR functions
- Experience in review payroll for different countries.
- Experience in managing payroll matters for at least 100-200 headcounts
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in work across border and provide innovative HR practices
- Able to start immediately
