Specific Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive support for senior management and office tasks, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
- Researches, prioritizes, and addresses incoming issues and concerns directed to the Senior management, including sensitive or confidential matters, and determines the appropriate course of action or response.
- Facilitates smooth communication between the company and internal divisions, demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management.
- Provides leadership in building relationships essential to the organization’s success and manages various special projects for the senior management /directors
- Completes critical deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting
Requirements
- Degree's holder in any discipline
- Relevant working experiences in supporting senior management, providing HR, admin support are plus points
- Good communication skill
