Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Subscription Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of our subscription-based products/services, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of subscription models.

Usually we work with clients that are in Insurance, property, Coroprate industry where they have client apprication events, Gifting and more, by using our cake subscriptions. This can attract them and onboard with us in years to come.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive subscription sales and meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Client Engagement: Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media).
  • Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our subscription services.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitable sales outcomes.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in the subscription market.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless sales process and excellent customer experience.
  • Feedback: Asking for feedback from all our clients.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Fresh Grads are welcome! Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in subscription-based products or services.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of subscription business models.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
